Dog bloat! Post treatment treatment.?

My dog has suffered from bloat. I took her to the vet. He drained the excess air/water etc. Im aware of its causes and the dangers. When I left the vet said give very little water. She hasnt eaten in days. I give her small amounts of water at varied intervals. Shes weak. I tried mashing up some of her dog food with water so that she ingests some kind of food. The vet gave the impression he wanted her eating as little as possible. Shes on anti-biotics. She doesnt want to eat she just wants to gorge herself on water. (rebloat) Thats not going to happen.
