In need of ideas for small wedding reception in WI?

I'm having about 15 guests total. I'm also on a tight budget and am having a hard time finding any banquet halls due to me having less than 100 people. Also I don't have any relatives to offer a backyard option. The chapel I'm having the ceremony won't allow champagne and cake either. Any ideas?!
