What to do with this job? (#2)?

The pay and people there are great, but the actual job, gift wrapping, is horrible. If you have the slightest interest in developing yourself as an designer don't bother with the place. For the most part they hire designers to fill the roles. In a matter of a year or two you feel trapped because you have failed to used whatever skills you have developed over your career.
