I have a white listed virus help needed?

sorry to hear. Trojan horses are very deadly and they can record everything you do and they can jump from program to file to program and other ways to. if avg cant delete it i would suggest that you would bring it in to a professional. unless you want to do it your self. if you want to do it yourself i would first of all suggest formatting it or if you have allot of stuff on there don't format and follow the path to the file aka c:/windows/system32/drivers/volsnap.sys . and you will scan the file with avg and then delete it thats how you can do it or download that off your windows disk copy the file and replace it. sorry if i am not help but if you like you can e-mail me at sir-jay612@hotmail.com and i can give you a easier tutorial on how to do this( if its a little to complex.)
