If you were a CEO of a Fortune 500 Company, what types of fun things would you have for your employees?

would you offer them free meals? Would you offer them long paid vacations to employees that have been with your company for five years or longer? Would you offer them profit sharing? Would you offer them 401K plans? Would you provide all your employees with free medical, dental vision and prescriptions? Would you set up monthly company get togethers for building team spirit amoung your employees with free picnic's, bar-b-ques, contests with small cash prizes, and at the end of the year, would you award the most productive employees of your company with large cash bonus's or a new vehicle or an extended vacation to anywhere in the world they wanted to go, their entire immediate family included, all expenses paid?
