So many things and I just wanna know what the heck it all is...?

ok, so having alot of symptoms and I just want some feedback.. Been to the doc but it seems they always just like to dismiss it all. Ok so I have some serious bowel issues, I can't go and will sometimes go almost a week until i drink an organic tea that helps move things along but I dont like doing that. My current issues are: not going, serious abdominal pain, big pain in my left side under my ribcage, dull achy lower back pain, i have had a change in my urinary habits for sometime now like not feeling like i fully empty and having to sit there for like 5 mins and try to push more out and constantly feeling like i have to pee, (been like this for a year and always dismissed as UTI even tho test were negative). I just constantly feel like i have some kind of bowel issue going on and IBS is kind of like a dismissal blanket diagnosis.. I wanna know why i am in such pain on my left side... it feels like its getting worse but doc today dismissed it as pulled muscle due to my bronchitis.. doesnt feel muscular tho... any answers???
