WILL THE GREAT QUAKE HAPPEN IN L.A. and SAN FRANCISCO IN SEPTEMBER THIS YEAR?

I was watching this guy on youtube predicting that theres gonna be an earthquake in Los Angeles and San Francisco of a greater magnitude of 9.0 or above.He got this because he thinks of the prophecy. Could this be true? or not? Let me hear your answers.
